Gather round, children..
You may have noticed that Amsterdamn.org has been almost mass producing themes, and we are proud to say that we have succeeded in combining quantity and quality. We’ve now got about 36 themes lined up ready for use. And we here at Amsterdamn feel that that’s a nice number to stick to for a while. We’re taking a hard earned break from releasing new themes.

But we’re not going to Disneyland or Cancun folks, we’re just prioritizing. The upcoming months we will add features to the current themes and fix some minor issues. Besides that we’ve decided to do some freelance work. Fact is that we here at Amsterdamn.org have mastered many skills over the years. If anyone is interested in my services just ‘hit me up’ .

And to top it all off I’m starting a new business venture with my better half. Yes, I’m mixing business with pleasure. But we’ll keep you posted on that one.

And now you know it all..

I was reading this article over at XiTi Montor. And then I thought to myself: How is Amsterdamn doing? What is the percentage of Firefox users on my own website?

Here we go:

And a good ‘ol pie chart:

Surprised? Yes, most definitely. I never expected to see that about 65% of the visitors would be using Firefox. That’s almost 2/3!

I’m glad to see that more people are using Firefox. But why is the percentage on Amsterdamn so high?

It has to do with the fact that a big amount of our visitors are webmasters. They usually tend to be tech savvy and well informed when it comes down to internet technology. You can see that in the way they surf the web.

I will post an update at the end of the summer. I’m guessing that the amount of Firefox users will go towards the 70-75% range.

And how is it on your website? I’d love to see some other statistics…..

Today is a day of change. Daylight Savings Time has begun, and we all know what that means : The summer is coming. The following months will be all about innovations and transitions for Amsterdamn.org and myself. And if you ask me, this asks for a new theme. So without further adue , I’m proud to present Amsterdamn Version 3.

I will also try to invest more time in writing, i seem to have neglected that aspect ( of the website ). last year it was all about the releases, this year, however, i will try to write more about things concerning wordpess for example and other things that tickle my fancy.

Without further ado, Amsterdamn version 3!

Leave a comment and let me know what you think of the new design…….

( Also please leave a comment if you find an error.)
